I'm kinda in a frozen yogurt phase right now so I'm passingup ice-cream in favor of it. Only kind of fro-yo I'm digging though is one from a place called Yogomonster. They have a plain flavor that has the tangy kick of yogurt (not like the other way-too sweet fro-yos that try to pretend to be icecream). I get it with fresh chopped berries topping. So good! I just never eat the fro-yo thats pretending to be ice cream, for that I'll just enjoy the real stuff.

I love everything... I agree with Care0531!! Even though I don't work harder if I go overboard... I don't want exercising/eating to be monitored and to be like a chore... I exercise because I like it and I eat pretty much whatever I want, as long as It tastes good and satisfies me!
