Boy, 10, Tasered With 50,000-volt by Police

This story is a bit of a stunner. A police officer in New Mexico has appeared in court after allegedly using his Taser gun, unprovoked, on a 10-year-old boy.

The boy, "RD," was playing with a group of friends at a playground when Officer Webb asked them who would like to clean his patrol car. When RD was the only one who refused, the police officer fired his 50,000-volt weapon at the boy, to show him "'what happens to people who do not listen to police," according to the Daily Mail.
