    • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
    • 1 (4-ounce) bagel, split and toasted
    • 4 ounces cold-smoked salmon
    • Peanut Butter, Honey, and Raisin Bagel
    • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
    • 1 (4-ounce) bagel, split and toasted
    • 2 teaspoons honey
    • 1 tablespoon raisins
    • Scrambled Egg and Cheese Bagel
    • 2 (0.75-ounce) slices reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
    • 1 (4-ounce) bagel, split and toasted
    • 1 large egg
    • Dash of salt
    • Dash of freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 teaspoon butter
    • Cream Cheese, Tomato, Red Onion, and Avocado Bagel
    • 2 tablespoons 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
    • 1 (4-ounce) bagel, split and toasted
    • 2 tomato slices
    • 1 (1/8-inch-thick) red onion slice, halved
    • 1/2 avocado, peeled and sliced
    • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
