Great idea. We are renting a house for a week vacation and I was going to get those Redi-Shades (they now make black-out shades)since the house only has sheers on the windows.

Good suggestion. I think I will try this to get my girls to sleep. Their room at home is quite dark at night, so when we go visiting they often find it difficult to fall asleep if a lot of light seeps into the room.
