LS: What's your first move as soon as you walk in the door at dinnertime?
JR: When the kids were little, I'd come in, kick off my shoes, and change into something comfortable. I'd always come home voraciously hungry, so I'd put a bowl of chips and salsa on the kitchen counter, sit the girls on the counter, and we'd play a game while I was getting dinner started. I'd trade them chips for details . . . so every piece of information that they shared about their days would earn them a chip.
