The 23-minute film is a follow-up to the popular book and tells the story of a boy who doubts the existence of Christmas magic and whether or not Santa Claus can really know who's naughty and who's nice. Chippy, a young scout elf, is then assigned by Santa to restore his belief in Christmas magic, and, well, the rest is history.
