Lil Tip: Re–using Food Containers

When my babe started to eat solids, I cooked some of her meals and also relied on good old grocery store packaged baby food.

Once your tot empties the plastic containers, clean them out and set them aside. They are quite handy for a mom on the go — try filling them up with Cheerios, Goldfish or leftovers and securely snap the lid. I keep a couple in my diaper bag for emergency use!

I used to do this all the time. I also used to freeze my sons pureed food.
