Halo SleepSack Recall

Halo Recalls 27,000 SleepSacks With Pink Flower

Heads up, moms! Halo Innovations is recalling about 27,000 of its SleepSack Wearable Blankets With Pink Satin Flower because the petals from the floral embellishments on the blankets can detach, posing a choking hazard, the Consumer Product Safety Commission reports. The SleepSacks were sold exclusively at Babies "R" Us from December 2011 through July 2013. The company has received six reports of petals detaching from the blankets, including one report of an infant found gagging on a detached petal.
