Trick or treat? The plastic pumpkin and plain pillowcase are receiving a much needed upgrade this season. We've tapped some of the web's most creative women to show off original takes on classic Halloween loot bags.

Melisa Fluhr, editor of the children's interior design blog ProjectNursery, is back with another bag that is perfect for both fans of Spiderman, and those who want something a bit more spooky while they trick-or-treat. Here are her tricks:

My oldest has been dreaming of becoming Spiderman for the past four months now. So what better than to surprise him with a spider inspired Halloween loot bag to complement his costume. (This will also make him stand out from his two other Spiderman friends down the street). Using glow-in-the-dark puffy paints found at Michael's was not only a throw back to my high school days, but a great way to create an extra sense of safety while trick-or-treating after dark!
