I like the bench made from the old crib. That looked legitimately good, and it's an idea I haven't seen before. Along the same lines of the quilt, I've been saving some favourite baby and kids clothing (mainly fancy clothes because the fabric is nicer) to make into bunting to hang up at birthday parties. My hope is that it will become a favourite decoration, and as the kids get older we can add triangles from other favourite clothes they've outgrown.

I love the ideas with all the baby jars but with my son and probably with the one on the way, i just never brought that much baby food because it is so tasteless and crap. Not going to lie i brought the odd jar when i was out longer then expected and forgot to pack some food. But I mainly made all my own food. I'm not judging those that use jars but before you feed that to your baby take a taste, taste nice? not really, make bigger portions and just blend and freeze your own food, cheaper and no left overs/waste from your own dinners. Jars that i did buy were the fruity ones, the ones that were just 1 type of fruit pureed in a jar like pears and things, they actually tasted like pear.

Great idea! I may make a quilt for my first grandbaby with the items I've saved from my children!
