Kid-Friendly Guacamole Recipe


  1. 2 ripe peeled avocados, halved and pitted
  2. 1⁄2 teaspoon kosher salt
  3. 1 tablespoon lime juice


  1. Scoop pulp from avocados; place in a small bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, and mash with a fork until almost smooth.
  3. Stir in lime juice.
