For Lyndsey Wright's [1] son Jett, turning 8 meant channeling the "King of Pop," Michael Jackson [2]. The adorable kiddo, whom Lyndsey says "recently found a love for Michael Jackson and dancing," used his photographer mama's skills to capture his best MJ impression [3], white glove and all.
"My mom showed him 'Thriller' a couple months ago and ever since then, he has dedicated his free time to learning some signature Michael Jackson moves and song lyrics. The best part is, he's actually really good!" Lyndsey wrote on Facebook. "I asked Jett if he would like to do an MJ shoot for his birthday and his eyes lit up. He knew he wanted a 'Billie Jean' outfit. He even used his own birthday money to upgrade the black blazer I found to a sparkly jacket."
Jett's choice to recreate "Billie Jean" was an easy one, as he told POPSUGAR that's his favorite song from MJ's catalogue. "But I like a lot of songs the same. 'Thriller' and 'Smooth Criminal,' too," he said.
