Kim Kardashian has been anything but shy about her "traumatic" birthing experience, so when it came time for her to explore other options, surrogacy seemed like a no-brainer. Of course, she had her fears about the process and proudly said she wasn't going to share her opinion on having a gestational carrier until after the birth. But now that Chicago West is almost 3 months old, Kim is praising the experience that brought her her baby girl, and she may just help others who feel ready to move forward with the process.

During an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Monday, the mother of three declared surrogacy "the best experience." When asked about the delivery room experience and what it was like to not be the one with the contractions, Kim took a sigh of relief and recalled: "The moment she was getting the epidural, I was like, 'Thank god this is not me.'"

Kim also shared that any fears she had about baby Chi went away from the moment she was born. "The second she came out, any fear that I had — Will I not have this connection? Will she not look like me? — all of that [went] out the door," Kim shared. "Instantly, she's ours. It was such a good feeling." Watch the adorable clip above.
