Become one with nature and do so for free during National Park Week. From April 17 through April 25, the National Park Service is waving entry frees for all 392 parks across America. Hikers who have always wanted to camp in Yosemite, hike the Grand Canyon, or climb the stairs of the Statue of Liberty will be able to do so without paying a cent. The week of festivities coincides with Earth Day celebrations around the world, and many of the parks are holding special events to help introduce kids to the great outdoors. Here are some of the most kid-friendly events of the week.
