Back of Trendtotting: Nestt Carseat If you fancy yourself as someone who stays ahead of trends, get acquainted with the Nestt. Different from any other seat I've ever seen, the infant car seat is designed to be supremely safe while appearing ultra cool. To see what is so special about the Nestt, . The new wave car seat offers side impact protection and form–fitting seat pads, which can be color customized to your liking. The ergonomically designed seat allows parents to place the tot in the seat at one angle and then swiftly swivel them around with a simple lift of a handle. Apparently set for production, the Nestt will be available in stores this year. I am curious to see just how it measures up to the mongo black throne we have perched in our backseat right now. It certainly looks hipper, but is it just as safe? Check out the über sweet video and pictures of the new creation. SweetGeorgia 9 years it doesnt look safe or comfortable, but cute definitely! jessie 9 years Very neat looking. But it would of been helpful to show putting a child in and out of the seat. How it swivels in the car/van. Where the seat belt goes to latch it to the car. And where was the seatbelt to hold the child in? I'd have to see alot more to see proof of safty and useage before buying something like this. amber_castaldo 9 years THis is so awesome. I want one. Happsmjc 9 years This looks like the design that won American Inventor the first year. It could be, I've never seen that one in production--but anything that keeps a baby more safe and secure is fine by me. HipMom 9 years They look cool but not entirely comfortable IMO. kikidawn 9 years Very cut design and seat (and love the colors), but I am not entirely sure I'd trust it yet. And I'd like if they would actually show the baby in the seat and the seat in the car. Where does the seatbelt go across at? etc. CollegeGirl 9 years Cute :) I don't have kids, but I used to babysit for a toddler who had the traditional car seat that was shown in the beginning of the video. I hated trying to get the sleeping baby out of that thing! I'm surprised the swivel feature hasn't come along before now. AKirstin 9 years Wow, those are adorable!
