All the Goodies From Ellen's Mother's Day Episode!

May 8 2010 - 9:00am

Everything was coming up babies on Ellen [1] today (on Friday)! In honor of Mother's Day [2], the audience was full of first time mamas-to-be and the host's own mother. One expectant lady even danced to Fat Joe on stage. A collage of last year's baby photos decorated the set and an EMT and nurse were on board in case anyone's water broke. Ellen even stocked up on pickles, but the real highlight of the hour was all the amazing items she gave away. Check out our roundup and tell us which item you'd love to have!

Aden + Anais

The lightweight and breathable muslin Aden + Anais Swaddling Blankets [4] ($44 for four pack) are ideal for wrapping a newborn [5] snug as a bug. The company also makes adorable sleep sacks of the natural fibers that allow your baby's body temperature to adjust naturally.

Puj Tub

Rubba, dub, dub, it's time to get your newborn in the tub! This task can be pretty scary for first time mamas who either hunch over a bathtub or have their lil one slipping and sliding around the plastic tub in the kitchen sink. The Puj Baby Portable Bathtub [6] (40) is made from soft foam that folds to fit all standard bathroom sinks, creating a snug environment for your baby. The anti-fungal and anti-bacterial tub is available in six pastel colors and opens up to hang flat against a wall, alleviating the need to find a drying spot for the large plastic tub.

Baby Bjorn Organic Carrier

Made of organic cotton, the newest baby friendly carrier by Baby Bjorn [7] ($108) frees up a new mama's hands when she needs to get stuff done, and it allows her to keep her tot close.

Weil Baby Bottles

Weil Baby [8] is Dr. Andrew Weil's bottles, training cups, brushes, silicone nipples, and pacifiers. Though creating modern eye candy wasn't his intent, the line's ergonomic lines will be popular with design conscious parents as well as eco-friendly families. Made from glass and Tritan, a clear BPA free material, the bottles ($18 - $19 for a 2pk) have a built-in venting system (no tedious washing!) that helps eliminate gas bubbles and colic in kiddos. The goods are sold in recyclable packaging so you can also feel good about lessening your wee one's carbon footprint.

Huggies Denim Diaper

Add some pizazz to your lil darling's diaper. The limited edition nappies [9] will only be available in sizes 3 to 5 for a short time, but promise the same leakage protection as the other Huggies products.

Timi and Leslie Diaper Bags

Mom's got a brand new bag with a style sack from the Timi and Leslie [10] line ($70). Available in a variety of styles including a messenger bag and backpack, every woman can find a design to fit her fancy and tote her tot's goods.

MD Moms Products ($98)

Created by mom doctors, this squeaky clean and ecological line is safe enough to use on even the newest babe. The Clean and Green pack [11] ($98) is an assortment of goods — wipes and soaps that come in handy with a wee one around.

I Heart Ellen Onesie

If their mamas love Ellen, the babes probably will! The talk show host made that assumption by putting her organic cotton onesie ($18) in the gift pack.

Yo My Booties

No, those aren't pom poms, they're booties. Yo My Booties [12] ($50) are all the rage with trendy tots and celebrity moms. The cotton candy booties are made of angora wool, keeping your babe's toes warm and toasty.

HiLo High Chair

Prop them up and sit them down in the transitional HiLo Chair [13] ($300) that grows with a child. The stylish seat will complement any kitchen and is also comfy for the younster.

Safety First Prism Video Monitor

Keep tabs on your tot with this Prism Color Video Monitor [14] ($176). The device allows mom to be all eyes even when she isn't in the room.

Shrinkx Hips

Most mamas want to slip back into their pre-baby clothes, but getting her pants buttoned after her hips and waist have expanded to accommodate a babe isn't easy! The Shrinkx Hips device [15] ($55) promise to slim mom's figure if she wears it in the postpartum phase.

Teutonia Stroller System

Every wee one needs a sweet set of wheels. The Teutonia stroller system [16] ($700) provides mommy with a classy pushchair and a space for her youngster to kick back and relax.

Posh Mommy Necklaces

Celebrate your child's birth with a piece of jewelry! Posh Mommy necklaces [17] ($100 - $140) are available in all kinds of styles that have room for birthstones, names, or initials.
