Though tots seem to be getting cell phones at an earlier age every year, there comes a point where they're just too young. Evado Filip is targeting families in just this market with their new VivoPlay. The watch-like communications and location devices allow parents to track their tykes' whereabouts and speak to them in an emergency. Combining GPS and WiFi, the VivoPlay give parents the ability to call their kids, and allows lil ones to push a button to call one of five preprogrammed numbers. Parents can also set up a geo-fence area and receive an alert when the watch moves beyond that area (they can also track its location via a smartphone app).
