Single Mom Tells Wall Street and Congress What She Thinks

A lot of people are fed up with Congress and angry over the U.S. credit downgrade, but Lucy Nobbe, a single mom of two and municipal bond broker, decided to do something about it: let everybody knows what she thinks.

She hired a plane to fly a banner over New York City! The plane flew at lunchtime yesterday trailing a message in large red letters:

Nobbe's 11-year-old daughter told their local TV station that she was proud of her mom because "she does stand up for what she really wants,” and that “I’m really glad to have a mom like that.”
