- 5-6 leaves of fresh mint
- 1 tsp maple syrup or agave syrup (optional)
- Polar Lime Seltzer
Muddle 5-6 leaves of fresh mint in the bottom of a highball glass to release the mint oils, and stir with maple syrup (or agave). Top with Polar Lime Seltzer.
