Strangers Rescue Mom and Tot Who Fell Onto Subway Tracks (VIDEO)

Have you ever been helped by a complete stranger?

Thanks to the instincts of a few subway riders, 37-year-old Meera Thakar and her 4-year-old son  are safe after having fallen onto the Boston subway tracks at Kendall Station during rush hour.

As the Boston Herald reports, a 30-year-old Cambridge man, identified only as Kris, and an anonymous female passenger both jumped into the subway pit after Meera and her son fell from the platform.

The subway surveillance video below caught both the fall and rescue.
