13 Things That No Longer Gross You Out Once You Become a Parent

Supersize This: Designers Go Small

I can hardly bring myself to buy high-end labels with all the kid mess that comes my way, but I love to gawk and drool over them. For some parents who dress in couture themselves, these are darling duds for their child counterparts.

Big names like Marc Jacobs, Chloe, Roberto Cavalli, Dolce & Gabanna, and La Garçonne have children's lines. Why not join the baby train with parents, especially celebs, dressing their children to the nines? It's a no brainer – half the fabric at similar price points.

  • Top left – the puffer jacket from Dolce and Gabanna costs a pretty penny at $249.
  • Top right – The floral cut patterned creme brulee Chloe dress is a stunner and costs $365.
  • Bottom right – For a sportier look, Roberto Cavalli makes this t-shirt and skirt for a hair raising $425.
  • Bottom left – For the darling who needs a coat for the opera, La Petite Garçonne makes this sweet grey wool jacket for $225.
  • CenterLittle Marc dresses up denim in this precious tuxedo style dress for $118.

If Suri Cruise is your ultimate lil fashionista, then these threads are right up your alley if you can stomach the cost of baby luxury living.

I think it's adorable. if you have it, buy it! ppl piss me off with the, "it's ridiculous" whine. if you buy your child anything more than Walmart or target, then you are spending too much. they are gonna grow out of it. that's what they do. so for ppl who spend the bucks on their kids. that is their business. besides, most ppl have more than one kid, it would be nice to get some Chloe hand-me-downs. my niece is like Ims daughter, she's skinny-mini, so she's wearing stuff that was too big for her at 2.5 now at 4 perfectly. and she has a little sister that will be able to wear it in a minute. so it's not waste. even still you can donate whatever you can't use anymore . . .

I can get away with buying expensive outerwear for my daughter b/c she is so tiny and she is normally able to wear her tops or some dresses for longer. I can't get away with pants though. She is tall and skinny. The Cavalli and Chloe prices are a bit much though.

Absolute cuteness, but you have to be super rich to spend that much money on a clothe that would be worn only a couple of times. And your baby must not be your last accessory. He or she moves, runs, crawls, gets dirty, makes experiences and that's the way they are growing up. They needed get asked not to move and stay clean in their so cute and expensive clothes.

Cute, but I wouldn't buy it unless it was at a 2nd hand store.

that's soo cute. but it's not worth it? They will grow out of it in like a year or less. So what's the point unless you have money to burn.

I love the Chloe dress too, but I'd rather my daughter not have to worry about keeping her clothes so clean at those prices!

I like the Chloe dress, but honestly, is it worth it?

I could never justify spending that much on myself much less my daughter. They are fun to gawk at though.
