This Babysitter Got in on the Mermaid Fun in the Best Possible Way

Does your kiddo think they have the best babysitter ever for letting them stay up past their usual bedtime or have that extra scoop of ice cream while you're away? Well, one 15-year-old Florida girl just put all of those babysitters to shame, and she's going totally viral for it.

Keegan Carnahan had quite the surprise up her sleeve for Alidy, the little nugget she was babysitting one day. The 3-year-old had been sporting her adorable mermaid costume around the house all afternoon, and Keegan coincidentally had a similar get-up in her closet. So she decided to wear it for some bath time fun with Alidy, and the internet can't get enough of how precious it is.

"Ironically I had gone through a phase a couple years ago and had a mermaid tail in my closet," Keegan said on the Love What Matters Facebook page. Alidy's reaction to their matching mermaid tails is the purest definition of happiness we've ever witnessed.

The teen shared their precious bath-time activity on Twitter, where it amassed more than 30,000 likes and 17,000 retweets, not to mention the dozens of people who officially dubbed her the "best babysitter ever." We couldn't agree more.
