Tell Mommy: What's Your Special Homemade Health Remedy?

Keeping children germ free and healthy can feel like a full-time job. There are bugs everywhere and cold weather and busy schedules make them more susceptible to sickness. While there are some simple ways to help prevent colds, they are an inevitable part of being a growing child.

A friend recently shared that she makes her children orange juice Popsicles to help her children load up on Vitamin C during the Winter. What's your staple mommy elixir for keeping your kids on top of their game and bug free?
