Toddlers (and parents) all over the world are loving last year's hit animated film, Moana — which is coming to Netflix this month! [1] — but author Seanan McGuire proved that literally everyone is obsessed with the film through a hilarious tweet stream. The Twitter story [2] begins with a toddler, who starts to have a tantrum because her mom only brought her brother's favorite movies.
"FINDING NEMO is just as good," says Mom.
"DORY IS A GIRL LIKE ME AND YOU ONLY BROUGHT BOYS LIKE HIM," wails the girl.
I feel you, kiddo.— Seanan McGuire (@seananmcguire) June 13, 2017 [3]
I am so on this kid's side right now you have no idea.

Then, the little boy, who has been spoken for the entire time by his mom, speaks up and starts a revolution.
Little boy has joined conversation: "I like MOANA she likes MOANA we should do MOANA." A protest singalong has begun.

YOU SCREAM LIKE THE VENGEFUL MONSTERS YOU ARE, CHILDREN. YOU SCREAM.

Then Seanan joins in, because why the hell not?
Little girl now singing "How Far I'll Go" while little boy has launched into "Let It Go." Mom appears to need a drink. YOU EARNED THIS, MOM.

Finally, a group of international grandmothers chimes in and continues the most epic tantrum-inspired singalong there likely ever was.
GERMAN GRANDMOTHER NOW TEACHING US DISNEY SONGS IN GERMAN. JAPANESE GRANDMOTHER INCHING CLOSER.

I am like, 95% sure both of these grandmothers would adopt these children if given half a chance.

We have attracted several more children and three more grandparents. I feel my work here is done.
