An Unique Way to Document Your Children's Lives

While most children look at family photo albums to get a glimpse of their childhood, Angie Steven's three children will have something much more unique to look back on. Over two years, Stevens has drawn more than 700 pictures of her family, one to document each day of their lives. 

It wasn't until after the birth of her third child, when she struggled with post-natal depression, that Stevens began the daily ritual of sketching. "It gave me an aim each day and now I sit down every evening and draw something to illustrate our day." After her children have gone to bed, Stevens spends about 20 minutes sketching the day's illustration. She also posts them on her blog, Doodlemum. "In the morning the children come down and can't wait to see the latest picture."
