Woman Battling Brain Cancer Is Surprised With Everyone's Dream: a Puppy Ambush

It's probably safe to say that for most people, their biggest dream in life is to be showered with tiny, floppy puppies (if it's not your dream, we simply can't be friends). Courtney, a 28-year-old woman from Sacramento, CA, who has been battling brain cancer for the past three years, has been very vocal about having this particular dream. With the help of the Front Street Animal Shelter in Sacramento, her friends and family made her dream a reality by ambushing her with every single adorable puppy in the shelter — and we're crying both tears of joy and jealousy.

"For over a year, it's been Courtney's dream to be showered with puppies," someone from the animal shelter wrote in a video post to Facebook. "So when her friends and family reached out to us, we were thrilled to make this magical day happen. . . We hope that the healing power of puppies has brought her one step closer to recovery!"
