Many pregos also suffer from pelvic girdle pain due to the stress your growing baby places on your bones, joints, and muscles. How it affects exercise: Intense exercise might exacerbate the issue, so stick to walking, swimming, and light stretching like this hip and hamstring yoga sequence. Wearing a supportive belly band may also help, but if the pain is really bad, talk to your doctor.
