Agreed! A couple things were a bit suspect, but Eggo Waffles?! Really? And worse, the kind that cook in the microwave in a bag?! NOPE!

Whoever made this list must not have read the ingredients. Many of the items on this list have added colors, flavors, and preservatives. Also, Pirate Booty is corn based.

Much of what is on this list is not GMO-free. I don't consider anything that has GMOs or that is highly processed to be healthy for children. I agree with Riki.

Many of these are highly processed foods. Frankly, I was shocked at your recommendation for Eggos waffles. Have you read the ingredients label? These are empty calories. This is more like a list of quick, easy and convenient snacks that look like they may be healthier but they're not.
