This Watercolor-Inspired Gender Reveal Party Is Seriously Stunning

The most exciting moment during pregnancy — second to finding out that you're expecting! — is learning the gender of your baby. After trying to conceive for over a year, Katie and Aaron opted to share the exciting time with family and friends at a supersweet gender reveal party.

With watercolor accents and a soft pink, blue, and gray color palette, the expectant parents created a warm environment for their intimate celebration. Guests were encouraged to show off their gender guesses with the color of their outfits and were also greeted with pink and blue clothespins to officially mark their bets upon arrival. Color-coordinated pink lemonade and blueberry punch enhanced the day's color scheme along with individual turquoise and magenta cakes.

The couple's sonographer placed their baby's gender in a sealed envelope and the pair only first learned that they were having a girl once they opened a large box in front of all of their guests, and pink balloons bellowed out. To celebrate, everyone enjoyed bow-tie-topped cupcakes followed by an abundance of family photos to mark the occasion!
