The ones coming out this year are no exception — so many of the toys we got a sneak peek of at the 2018 New York Toy Fair want to combine learning with classic, fun play. Whether your child would be into building their own robot or creating their own bath bombs and lava lamps, there are so many toys hitting shelves this year that will flex your child's STEAM muscles (and they'll probably be able to teach you a few things along the way, we'd imagine!).

Ahead, see all of the new STEAM toys that will be perfect for gifting this year, and take a peek at all of the trendy toys kids will be begging for slated for the coming months.
