Apparently one inventive employee of the coffee chain fully understood this fact because they replaced a damaged speaker in the drive-through lane with . . . wait for it . . . a freakin' baby monitor.

Reddit user Limit760 enlightened the internet with this delightful example of innovation by sharing a snapshot of the makeshift communication system with the following caption: "My local Dunkin Donuts drive-through speaker broke. They're using a baby monitor now."

The LOL-worthy photo shows the plastic monitor snugly situated inside a traffic cone (for amplification purposes, obviously), which is stuck on top of another larger cone with red tape. The wire of the baby monitor trails off into the distance, likely attached to an extension cord somewhere.
