Target Is Now Selling Cheap Weighted Blankets So We Can Calm the F*ck Down Before Shopping

If you have family members who struggle with anxiety, then you're probably well aware that, depending on what triggers them, it can feel particularly challenging during the evenings. There are a number of ways we can all work to reduce our anxiety, and in addition to behavioral changes, things like weighted blankets have been shown to help.
