Jell-O Just Released TWO Flavors of Edible Slime, and Holy Sh*t, the Playtime Possibilities!

It's been nearly two years since slime took over our households — our playrooms, our children's clothing, our children's hair, it's literally everywhere — but now there's a new alternative to slime clean up, and it's all thanks to Jell-O. Jell-O Play just released not one, but two flavors of edible slime, and it's the perfect holiday gift treat. The strawberry-flavored Unicorn Slime and lime-flavored Monster Slime are both 100 percent edible, but if your kids aren't in the mood for a gooey snack and just want to play with it, the brand promises "it washes away easily with soap and water."

Unlike in the past when there were concerns about kids using Borax and large amounts of glue to make slime, the new Jell-O products require nothing of that sort! Simply measure three scoops of the slime mix using the measuring cup provided and dump into a medium-sized bowl. Pour one scoop of warm water into the bowl and stir for 30 seconds, then add another tablespoon of warm water into the mix and voila, it's go time.
