- Details are still emerging about a shooting at the airport in Fort Lauderdale, FL, on Friday. According to a law enforcement official via the Associated Press, five people were shot fatally and eight were wounded [1]. A suspect is currently in custody. The incident occurred in terminal two's baggage claim area, which is used by Delta Air Lines and Air Canada. All flights have been suspended.
