As the American people continue to reflect and process the outcome of the election, little kids are doing the same in their own way. While we may underestimate their abilities to fully grasp the current political landscape, many of them have been paying attention, watching the debates [1], and forming their own opinions — which is why some little Hillary Clinton supporters are just as disappointed as adults.

To deal, many are heading to Clinton's campaign headquarters in Brooklyn to personally thank her. On Nov. 10, children were seen writing thank-you notes and words of encouragement on the sidewalk outside of the headquarters. Some of the sweet messages include "love trumps hate," "girl power," and "Hillary is loved." While our future is uncertain, it's comforting to know that these kids will one day have a role in determining it.
