Pink Lips

Ingredients
- 1 large egg white
1 ounce lime juice
1 ounce simple syrup
1 1/2 ounces pear-flavored vodka, like Grey Goose La Poire
1/2 ounce pomegranate juice
Ice
Pomegranate seeds, for garnish
1 ounce Champagne
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine egg white, lime juice, simple syrup, vodka, and pomegranate juice. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add ice, then shake again.
- Strain into a coupe glass, and top with Champagne. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
