Strawberry-Banana Recovery Popsicles

Protein Popsicles Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cups strawberries
    1 banana
    1/2 cup coconut water
    1 cup soy milk
    2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I used Vega Performance Protein)

Directions

  1. Slice half a cup of the strawberries and set aside.
  2. Puree the rest of the ingredients in a blender.
  3. Add a few slices of strawberries to the bottom of each popsicle mold, fill almost to the top with the pureed mixture, snap on the stick, and freeze for at least 4 hours.
