Cold-Brew Breakfast Smoothie

Healthy Coffee Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup cold-brew coffee (I used Stumptown [1], but you could make your own [2])
    1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I used Philosophie's Cacao Magic [3])
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
    1/2 avocado
    5 ice cubes
    1 1/2 teaspoons maple syrup
  1. Cacao nibs, optional garnish

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients, and blend until smooth. Top with the optional cacao nibs if you like, and enjoy immediately!
