Audrey Hepburn Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon fresh peach puree
1/2 ounce crème de cassis
4 ounces Champagne
1 strawberry
Directions
- To make the peach puree, skin and pit one peach and cut into sections. Place in a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth. Place in a small, spouted container on the bar cart.
- Assemble the drink by adding the peach puree to a Champagne flute then top with the crème de cassis.
- Angle the glass and add the Champagne. Top with a strawberry.
