Coconut Water Recovery Smoothie With Protein

Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoons coconut shavings, unsweetened
    1 frozen banana, presliced
    1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
    1 scoop vanilla Perfect Fit Protein [2] (or protein of your choice)
    1/2 lime, squeezed
    1 cup coconut water

Directions

Add all ingredients to the blender (liquids first), and then blend until smooth.
