Dark Chocolate Bacon Bark

Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
7 ounces dark chocolate
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
Unrefined sea salt
Directions
- Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- Heat up a large skillet over medium heat and add the bacon. Cook until crispy. Let cool and chop into small pieces.
- Melt the chocolate with the maple syrup in a small saucepan over low heat or in the microwave.
- Spread the chocolate out on the prepared cookie sheet and sprinkle with the bacon and a bit of unrefined sea salt.
- Freeze until set, about 10 minutes.
- Break into pieces. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
