Coconut Fizz Cocktail

Ingredients
- 1 ounce Smirnoff vodka [1]
1 ounce coconut liqueur
1/2 teaspoon honey plus 1 teaspoon for rimming the glass
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
4 ounces Smirnoff Ice [2]
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1 teaspoon cane sugar
Directions
- Place the vodka, coconut liqueur, honey, and vanilla in a shaker filled with ice and shake for 10 seconds.
- Squeeze the teaspoon of honey into a small plate then gently tap the rim of the glass in the honey. On another small plate, add the shredded coconut and sugar and then dip the glass, coating the rim.
- Add ice to the glass then add the drink from the strainer, topping with the Smirnoff Ice.
