Healthy Yogurt Bark

Ingredients
- 2 cups Dannon Light and Fit Greek Vanilla [1] yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup toasted coconut
Directions
- Cover a sheet pan with parchment paper, then measure and add the yogurt and drizzle it with the honey. Spread the yogurt with a spoon, swirling in the honey, creating an even layer.
- Sprinkle the yogurt with the almonds, strawberries, blueberries, and coconut, pressing the ingredients gently into the yogurt.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, peel away the parchment paper, then break the bark into small sections. Store in a sealed container in the freezer for easy snacking.
