Avocado Toast

Ingredients
- Signature SELECT Artisan French Bread, sliced lengthwise and toasted
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Ripe Signature Farms avocados
Pinch of kosher salt
Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Fresh lemon wedge
Directions
- Toast baguette using toaster, broiler, or oven.
- Rub garlic clove over toasted surface of bread and drizzle with olive oil.
- Top with sliced avocado and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve.
