Breakfast: Banana-Strawberry Socca

Socca With Mashed Banana, Sliced Strawberries, and Tahini

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 of the extra socca made Day 8
    1/2 banana, mashed
    1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
    2 teaspoons tahini
    Dash cinnamon to taste

Directions

  1. Spread the mashed banana over the socca.
  2. Top with strawberries and drizzle tahini over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
