Dog-Friendly Layer Cake

Ingredients
- Coconut oil
3 cups all-natural peanut butter, divided
2 cups sugar-free applesauce
4 eggs
2 teaspoons baking soda
8 ounces low-fat cream cheese
2 cups plain yogurt
Carrots
Strawberries
Raspberries
Blueberries
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF and spray a 7" cake pan with coconut oil.
- In a bowl, mix together 2 cups peanut butter, applesauce, eggs, and baking soda until combined. Pour a third of the batter into 7" cake pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until cake is set. Remove from the pan and refrigerate until ready to use. Repeat with remaining batter to create 3 layers.
- When ready to frost, whisk together cream cheese with yogurt and peanut butter until a thick frosting forms. Layer cake and frost generously. Garnish with dog-friendly fruits and vegetables.
