Pineapple Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

  1. Pineapple smoothie:
    1/2 cup frozen pineapple
    1/2 cup pineapple juice or any fruit juice
    1/2 banana
  1. For the topping:
    1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or lemon-flavored)
    1/4-1/2 cup granola
    1 teaspoon chia seeds
    1/3 cup fresh fruit

Directions

  1. In a blender, process all smoothie ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour in your breakfast bowl and top with yogurt, granola, chia seeds, and fresh fruit.
