Raspberry Vanilla Protein Smoothie

Low-Carb Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup frozen raspberries
    1 tablespoon almond butter (or 1/4 avocado)
    1 serving vanilla protein powder (Vega Sport Performance [1], 41 grams)
    1 1/2 cups water
    4 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Mix everything in a blender until smooth. Enjoy immediately!
