Protein Mint Chocolate Chip Nice Cream Bites

Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach leaves (tightly packed)
1/2 cup mint leaves (tightly packed)
1/4 cup agave nectar
3 frozen bananas, chopped
1/4 cup unflavored vegan protein powder
1 cup vegan semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
Directions
- Place spinach, mint, and agave in a food processor. Process on high until fully pureed, scraping down the sides as necessary.
- Add frozen banana slices and protein powder, and process on high to a smooth, soft serve consistency. Remove blade and fold in chocolate chips. Scoop into silicone mini muffin molds. Freeze until firm.
