Shay Mitchell Gets a Doula as She Prepares to Give Birth: "When Can I Have My First Drink?"

I don't know about you, but I've thoroughly enjoyed watching Shay Mitchell's pregnancy diaries on YouTube. The actress is this close to having her first baby, and on episode four of her series Almost Ready, Shay takes us through what her life is like at the 35-week mark. Like most first-time moms, she has a lot of questions and anxieties about what to expect from labor.

Not only did Shay take a trip back home to Vancouver to pick her mom's brain (she was definitely not expecting to learn about the knitting-like needle her mom experienced when her water didn't break on its own), but she also turned to a doula. Besides figuring out what to do after finding out her baby is breech, she also asked the important questions, like, "When can I have my first drink?"
